	In consideration of my election to membership, I agree to be bound by the memorandum and articles of association of the company and by any rules, regulations or by-laws of the company/club from time to time in force.
	On Receipt of a Tax Invoice for membership I agree to transfer the relevant fees in the manner prescribed and that my membership will not be determined until receipt of the same.
